Returns are accepted for store credit only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, odor-free, and have all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and shipped inside an additional box. Sale, clearance, promotional, and designated final-sale items are not eligible for return.
