Returns are accepted for store credit only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, odor-free, and have all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and shipped inside an additional box. Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale. Beautifully You Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
